Future of Law Thought – 31.08.22

Define the creative problems you’re solving. Not the project you’re doing, but the actual problem you’re solving. If I asked leaders or creative pros what problems they were currently trying to solve, many would have to think for a while before they could respond. This is because we are trained to parse our work into projects or tasks, but we often neglect the much more crucial step of drilling down on what those projects actually mean. That’s why it’s so easy to get distracted by clever, creative ideas that seem worthwhile in the moment but aren’t really solving the core problem.
